Dewaine William Stockton, born in Caldwell, on June 6, 1961, lost his courageous battle with colon cancer at his home on March 8, 2011, with his loving family by his side. I still have the gold locket Dewaine gave me in 8th grade. We remained friends over all these years. Dewaine was a gentle man and I always looked forward to seeing him at reunions and was so excited to meet Janalee. He was a gem and my sympathies to the entire family and friends of Dewaine.

Dewaine was always a real character in school. He constantly kept everybody laughing. The world will miss him. Dewaine, you were way too young to leave this world. We will all miss you. God Bless.

I grew up in Caldwell and went through school with Dewaine. We graduated the same year and were good friends. My thoughts go out to his family.

I was secretarary at CHS during the time Dewaine was there.What a polite and fun young man he was!! He and my daughter, Jarice were good friends. We both enjoyed him so. So sorry for his passing. Jo Ellen Lamb
