I learned of Mr. Crawford's death
yesterday through LaVerne Branch.
My deepest sympathy goes out to
all the family. I have so many
precious memories I could not
begin to count them. May God
comfort you in this time and
know now that he is in a much
better place.

I will always appreciate Dewitt's attention to and love for my parents, Odom and Madie Crawford, his uncle and aunt. He stayed in close touch with them and always made them know that they were special to him. I also appreciate his staying in touch with me. My heart goes out especially to Debbie, because I am closest to her, but also to Charles and Connie. Dewitt was a special person, and he will always be a part of the memories of those of us who knew and loved him. To Dewitt . . . a...

Dear Debbie, Connie and Charlie, Was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. He was such a dear sweet man and I loved he and your Mom. We had some really good times together and I think the last time I saw the two of them together was in the Mountains of North Carolina. I did see your Dad at the funeral of a cousin of mine in Crystal River several years ago. We spent quite some time talking about our past times together. This has been a rough year for the Crawford family with the loss...
