DeWitt Dean Obituary
COLUMBIA – DeWitt David Dean, 79, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Dunbar Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. Burial will follow the service in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Born in Union City, PA, he was a son of the late Miles E. and Almeda Burns Dean.
He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Carol Comstock Dean; son, DeWitt D. Dean, Jr. of Columbia; grandchildren, David Dean, Angel Dean, Carol Dean; sister-in-law, Joyce Jones and her husband Tim of Raleigh, NC; niece, Stefanie Jones of Raleigh, NC, brother-in-law, Jack Comstock and wife Christy of Concord, NC and nephews, Robert Dean, Jimmy Dean and Jeffrey Dean.

Please accept my belated condolences during this time of distress. Ive often thought of Brother Deans faithfulness. In the days ahead, you and I will reflect on seemingly small, yet precious memories. While doing so, take comfort in knowing that just as you have memories, our creator, almighty God remembers as well. But only He has the ability to restore perfect life on earth to those in His memory. Therefore, you can appreciate how the Bible further stress the fact in this video:
