My name is David K. Rumsey. As chance would have it, Dexter C. Rumsey III and I entered the Marine Corps Officer's School in Quantico, VA, on the very same day. I remember telling my mother of the coincidence, and she, the daughter of an Army officer, and the wife of an Army officer, informed me that she had known a Dexter C.
