David: Cindi and I have fond memories of spending time in your home one Christmas season, and of the greeting cards you and Diane kindly sent each year long after my Skadden days were over. I worked with Diane on the Ovations Symposium for several years at the Four Seasons. She was a very warm, thoughtful and kind person and I'm very sorry for her family's loss. My thoughts are with Diane's family during this sad time.
