Read MoreMy parents were good friends with Diane and Paul on Okinawa. They were a wonderful team and I remember the kids although I was very young. Paul and Diane could always make everyone around them laugh. My mother, Betty, said Paul had one of the best tenor voices she had ever heard. They visited us in Vista during the late 60s.

I remember Diane and Paul at the Iris American Society. Paul would always sing an Irish tune or two. Diane was so sweet to him. She was such a good wife. She will be missed by all who knew her.
