Diane Kothe Dobson

Though I only knew Diane briefly, my conversations with her were both sincere and delightful. Her brief time here in Palm Springs enlightened many lives. Diane, I do believe you made a difference on this earth. And, Frank, a husband's love and devotion, has never shown so bright. Linda Smith

Diane was one of the most talented "people" persons I have ever known. Having taken classes at the Adobe and teaching there in the early 70's, I met Diane when she became Arts Supervisor. She had a very positive, gentle, tactful approach to every situation. That wonderful quality of empathy never changed, in all the years I knew her and throughout her extended illness. We will miss her bright smile and cheerful manner.

I feel privileged to have known Diane both professionally and personally. Diane joined our Baywood Court Retirement Community staff our first year and began sharing her interests and expertise in all forms of culture, art, gardening, and education. She was instrumental in helping establish many programs still being enjoyed today and has been especially appreciated for the rose garden, raised bed gardens, and potting shed she helped residents plan and create.
