Not sure what to say?

Sparkling Diane was a gift of worth to her family, friends, community and country. Her kind heart, acumen, humor, Polish American heritage, and keen perception brought enlightenment, wisdom, energy, and compassion to every occasion. As an American woman of Polish heritage, she highly valued her family, her roots, and her Cleveland community. Her sharp legal mind and boundless spirit gave wings to a sterling legal career, as well as countless good intentions that took root. Diane´s life shaped...

My condolences to the family. Each of the Karpinski ladies were a tour de force in Polish culture and the courts and in civic activities.

It certainly has been a privilege to have known her.

Condolences to the family.

Such a elegant and caring lady all of Polonia will miss you a great family dynasty has ended

Farewell to one of my true heroines--a person of resilience, passion, intelligence, and drive. The Polish Christmas carols we played together on the piano while drinking Polish liqueur were highlights in holiday celebrations I will never forget. I hope you are enjoying the same in spades in heaven with your husband and sisters by your side!

I remember Diane visiting my family with Uncle Pete. She had an easy laugh, and a generous and lovely smile. She was an wonderful example to a little girl growing up of how to be in the world. I will miss you Aunt Diane.

I knew Aunt Diane my whole life. We lived in Columbus, OH and we would regularly see her when I was a boy, when she would come to visit my Uncle Pete. She was always a whirlwind of energy and conversation, often bringing a tin of anise cookies. When I was applying to medical school I stayed with her on Ludlow Avenue for a few days around New Years and I was never allowed to not have a full plate of food or snacks. She saved my Uncle Pete's life and gave him a wonderful last 20 years,...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I will love you and miss you always for being there whenever i needed a question answered or just a chat and just in all an angel to everyone. God has gained another spirit of all that he is.
dac wieczne odpoczywanie

diane : you were a wonderful friend, and I always enjoyed talking to you about law, and Polish culture.

Our daughter was the grateful recipient of the Karpinski family grant through the Polonia foundation in 2007. She went on to graduate from Kent State and is now a teacher. Thank you to the judge and family for promoting education. May Judge Karpinski Rest In Peace.
