Not sure what to say?

I worked with Diane in the band Cheetah. Diane was always a kind person. Always a solid player. She was a great person to work with. She will forever be missed!

Came across Diane M. Lawler's obit just a day or two ago. Myself and Stan Markwalder (1970 CHS Alumni) were tasked to find 84, 1970 Concord HS First Graduating Class Alumni , that slipped off the grid, Diane here being one of them. On behalf of the 1970 alumni of CHS, Wilmington, Delaware, our sincere sympathy and condolences to Diane M. Lawler's family.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Mrs. Barbara Lawler, Joyce, Mickey, Mark and their families. Diane had a special way of making everyone feel welcome, she always put others needs and feelings first, she was a caring and kind-hearted soul. I am saddened to hear the news of her passing. I'm sure she is with the finest angels. I wish all of you PEACE and may Diane rest in PEACE !!

Diane & I were neighbors & friends back in the 80's when she lived in south philly & played in the all girls band. My condolences to the family.
RIP Diane

Joyce, please convey to your Mom and family that for those of us fortunate enough to have known Diane, her death is a huge loss. I too shared a stage with her, back in our Menegerie Band days, and can confirm with Pam, she was a consumate professional, who took her bass playing very seriously, she also was the person who set all of our song line-ups; which I found our was not an easy task. I'm sorry not to have been able to see her in June with the others, we had 35 years of 'stuff' to talk...

The last time I saw my good friend....

Diane and I were good friends back in the 70's when we played in our band, "Menagerie". She was an extremely gifted bass player, and one of the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I did have the pleasure of seeing her at my 60th Birthday Party late in June, and I thank the Lord for that opportunity. It will take me quite a while before I get over the fact that she is no longer with us. Rest In Peace, "Fuzzy".

Diane was my neighbor and friend many years ago when she lived in South Philly and played with the all girl band Menagerie, she was a Great musician and a very sweet and kind woman.RIP & Sorry for your Loss.

Always a dear friend to me at Candlelight Dinner Theatre. I am desolate that I didn't find out in time to attend her funeral .... As I sit and think of her I know that she is now with our mutual friend, Judy Hammond, surrounded and happy with all their animals.

Diane and I were friends at Concord High School. She was a wonderful sweet kind person. She was always upbeat and funny. My deepest condolences to the Lawler family.
