I'm sorry and sad to hear about the passing of Diane.My condolences to Jason,Terena and families.I'm glad I had the chance to know her as a neighbor and friend.She was a good neighbor and friend all these years,as were Al, Jason and Terena.Diane blessed so many people with her kindness and community, neighborhood activities.I was shocked and saddened when she told me she was selling her house.but,I'm sure she knows and found comfort that she chose a nice,good couple to sell her house to.I'll...

Diane was the definition of progressive activism. I met her and Al in the '70s when we shared many community activities, including in the Old 6th Ward where we both bought historic homes toward the end of the decade.
