I spoke with Marge Clark in Charlottesville, VA about Diane's passing. She worked with Diane at DC General. She said she admired how dedicated Diane was to the nursing profession. She extends her condolences also to the family of Diane and also thanks David for notifying her of Diane's passing.

Rest in peace, dear, sweet, Diane. You traveled a long, heavy road, touched many lives, treated your sister's children as your own when she was killed. You are being held up to the Light.

I followed Diane in a nursing position with Dr. Nicholas PD Smyth at the Washington Hospital Center around 1982. Diane had set up Dr. Smyth's pacemaker clinic and had worked there for several years leaving to be home with her children. Her kindness to patients is what I remember the most of Diane. She was a very sincere, caring person and admired by all in her profession. My sincere condolences are with her family during this time.
