Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to hear of Diane's passing. I hope it was peaceful. I remember Diane from TI Park and Syracuse, being a classmate of Barbara, and watching Diane as a Cheerleader at Corcoran HS. She was so beautiful and I was always jealous of her gorgeous red hair. Most of all, I'll always remember her for the kind and gentle soul she was. To Barbara and Debbie: my sincerest condolences and please contact me. Don't lost touch... Kathy (Stephens) Posewitz

We are very sorry for your loss of Diane. Kathy Stephens Posewitz just contacted me after she learned of your tragic loss. Diane had so much life and beauty as a young person and that's how we remember her. This is a very sad time for her beloved family. Deepest sympathies to all of you. Barb, you are in our thoughts.

We are very saddended to hear the news of Dine's passing. I attended Bellevue and Corcoran high school with her. She was always so much fun to be around along with her upbeat attitude and, how could you miss that beautiful red hair! Robert my husband (Peter Reap) also sends his condolcences, as he remembers working with you at NiMo.

Diane's family,

I remember meeting Diane as a very young girl 8 or 9 years old when my family moved to Crossett Street in Syracuse. We attended Bellevue School together and I sat next to her in several of our classes through the years. What smart fun person!
Those were wonderful years. As time went on cheerleading with her at Corcoran was a blast. Our paths in life all took different directions, but I would run into Diane walking at the res...

Dear Stroman family: I loved having her as my SS teacher and looked forward to seeing her every Sunday. I will always remember her beautiful spirit, smile and of course, her hair! I am so sorry to hear of your loss. She is indeed celebrating in heaven today, looking even more radiant than she ever was here on earth. It was a privilege to know her.

I'm so sorry for your loss. The loss of a wife, mom, grandmother, sister, friend is so much more than just just a presence gone. It's the loss of relationship, of companionship, of mentorship, of protection and so much more. You all have been in my deepest prayers these past few days. Your pain is great, yet your mom's pain is no more. Diane was my first Sunday School teacher at Syracuse Alliance. Those were some memorable moments. Being in your home, I know there was a deep love for...

Dear Robert and kids:

Words truly aren't adequate, but please know of my love and prayers for you at this time. How ironic that Diane's time of greatest joy in seeing her Lord is your time of greatest grief. I pray that knowing her joy will bring you comfort.

There are many blessings in ministry. Diane was one of mine. I was privileged to be her pastor's wife, but even more her friend. I am thankful for that and the many special memories of her life.
