Not sure what to say?

I was just notified of Diane's death. I was a sorority sister at SMU. She was a wonderful friend and I loved her humor. My warmest thoughts are with her family.

Diane enriched the lives of many children with her love of books and childrens'' literature. I will always remember her warm smile, kindness to others and dedication to teaching young lives. May God bless Diane and her family at this sad time and give them peace.

It was Mrs. Thompson who taught me to read in Primer at Greenhill in 1974. My condolences to her family and loved ones and my thanks for all she taught me and so many others. What a lovely lady, indeed!

"My thoughts and prayers are with Diane's family today. I will always remember Diane's broad smile, colorful sweaters, and the many years she dedicated to teaching young children. May she rest in peace."

Diane was a wonderful teacher. Both my children were fortunate to have her when they were at Greenhill. This lovely lady made such difference in so many families lives. May God bring her family and friends comfort in dealing with her loss.

I am so very sorry for your loss. The times I spent with Diane were always happy occasions---Amy's bridal luncheon, wedding and family BBQ's at the McKinney home. Certainly many of her students and their parents will remember her as a great educator. God bless all of you and bring you peace at this most difficult time.

Diane smiled all the time. She was always willing to share ideas with her colleagues. My thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time.

R.I.P. Diane from Ana Tovar Leos and Family!

I didnt have a chance to know her, but I did spend the last seconds of her life with her. Its tragic but im glad god gave me the chance to be with her so she wouldnt pass alone. Im just sad that i couldnt do anything else for her. I will always have her in my mind and heart.
