Not sure what to say?

Ten years ago one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I was lucky to call my friend tragically left us. I still think of her often. Her laugh was infectious and perfect. I will take a nice hike tomorrow and dedicate it to Dianne. I was blessed to know her and I have countless lovely memories so as never to forget sweet Dianne.

I can't believe it has already been eight years since Dianne left us way too soon. I am still here in Yellowstone. I am often reminded of our summer together hiking and exploring. She did so love the great outdoors. Her gentle spirit, smile and laugh will be with all of us for years to come. She was a special person. I miss you Dianne.

Today is Memorial Day 2014 ,and I decided to walk through the West Street Cemetery - something I haven't done in 30 years.I was so saddened to see Dianne's grave marker because I hadn't known she had passed away. Reading her online obituary and hearing about her wonderful family and fulfilling life in which she truly appreciated every step made me feel happy for her. Dianne and I attended the Granby schools together and if ever there was a "glass-half full" gal, it was Dianne. Her energy...

Only recently did Laura and I learn of Dianne's passing. She was a joyful, warm, and decent human being. We admired her vast knowledge of the outdoors. She was the real thing - a lovely woman of true character and deportment. We extend our thoughts of sadness to her entire family.

I just learned of Dianne's passing and am shocked. What an incredibly kind, sweet, lovable person she was. I remember canoeing on the Connecticut River, picking fiddleheads, and returning to her family home to cook and eat them. We both shared a love for the outdoors and that created a mutual bond but it was her caring, nonjudgmental, open-hearted personality that I admired. She loved to laugh. She is the kind of person that you don't forget.

My sympathies to all her family and...

So sorry for all of us on the loss of Dianne. We met her and her endearing family only once on a 3-day trip to the Cape where we shared an enclave of cozy cottages. Dianne and the Gordons were as cozy and comfortable as the cottages themselves. Suzanne, Carly still talks of getting lost on the beaches with you (as do we). A most memorable woman and family. Our prayers to all that her goodness of heart and spirit will forever fill us all.

We are so sorry for your loss. She was a beautiful person, we will miss her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Our loss is heaven's gain. One day you will all be together again. Until then, take comfort in knowing that Dianne is resting in the arms of Jesus.

With deepest Sympathy to her loving family. Dianne's Smile and personality would light up a room. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
