Dick Downs, 77, of Mt. Sterling passed away in Columbus, OH on July 4, 2023. Dick was born at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus, OH on July 27, 1945, to Gladys (Crawford) and Gaylord Downs. He attended Monroe School, serving in the National Guard after graduation.
