Not sure what to say?

I was Dieter's girlfriend in Montreal in 1959. We were all new immigrants - me from England. He lived with his friend from Germany, Guenther. He broke his leg skiing in 1960 and Mike Cox helped him down the small slope at Christieville's YMCA lodge. He asked me to his apartment while he was recovering in a full leg cast and also asked Mike Cox to visit. Mike took me home on the bus. Then he became my boyfriend and we were married 47 years until he died in October 2008. Thank you...

To our dear Papi, we all miss you dearly.
=================

The fondest memories I have of my dad were on the drive to our lake cottage in the Laurentian Hills, north of Montreal.

Happy feelings, joy and anticipation filled our hearts each time we set off on a Friday evening, off to lake country life "Up North."

Papi always took the lead, conducting our excitement like Arthur Fiedler, humming and whistling away to the FM dial, shoulders up, driving the Buick like a...

t holidays and the cottage even though I didn't go that often. He was always so much fun to be with.I will always remember him as a loving person.

I was so sad to hear of Dieter's passing. So many holidays, so many weekends up at the lake, I will remember them forever. He was fun to be around and will be in my heart always.
