Dillard was born on April 10, 1944 and passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019. Dillard was a resident of Remlap, Alabama at the time of passing. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Lemley Funeral Home from 12 Noon until 2 PM. Funeral service will follow in the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home at 2 PM with Bro. Tommy Riggs and Bro. Johnny Allred officiating. Burial will be in the Remlap Cemetery.
