Dillard Mullins, age 79, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on September 2, 2018, at the Middlesboro ARH.
He was born on October 19, 1938, to his late parents, Arch Mullins and Mae Givens Mullins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Joe Mullins
Dillard belonged to the Lord Jesus Christ Church
He is survived by the following members of his family:
Wife: Beulah Mullins
Daughter: DeeDee Heck
Grandchildren: Kathy Gilbert and Tommy Lee Shephard
Great-Grandchildren: Willow and Shelby Mae
Brothers: Jim Mullins (Betty), Henry Mullins, Lemuel Mullins (Retha Kay) and Walter Mullins (Sally)
Step-child: Jennifer Posey
Step-grandchildren: Sierra, Cynthia and Shawn
And a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends
The family will receive friends from 12-2pm on Thursday,
September 6, 2018, at the Creech Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at the Kincaid Cemetery in Hutch, KY

Im sorry Dillard was always nice to me and my Dad just loved him. Ill never forget my childhood memories of him and Linda sneaking us kids in the drive-in movie theater in his old panel van.. such fun times.
