Dino Rossi

I haven't seen Dino since 2016, where he was a RTA paratransit customer (I was the route driver), but I still remember him as a friendly passenger with an upbeat personality, though somewhat shy and reserved at first. Being something of a history buff myself, I recall our conversations about his experience in northern Italy during the closing months of WWII.
