Dirk Fournier

Dirk was my friend. Pure & simple. The words in his obituary are "spot on". He was a professional and good Man. Roger S. Bisnett Board Chairman Bisnett Insurance, Inc.

I didn't know Dirk. However, I believe my brother and I knew his Father and Uncle because they lived next to us in Montesano, WA. This was around 1950. Weyerhaeuser transferred my Dad to Oregon and contact was pretty much lost. What wasn't lost was the respect that my family had for his.

I just learned of Dirk's death. Dirk was a mensch. My condolences to Efrain and the boys.

We didn't see each other often, but Dirk had a special place in my heart and I always laughed whenever I was around him. Sad to see him go.

Dirk was a Godsend to this world, a bright light, a great person, an incredible leader. He allowed my two children to have internships at Fournier Group, where they had their first experience out of college in the real world. He will be sorely missed and we wish his sons, the rest of his family, his friends, his coworkers and his partner, Greg love and prayers . May the memories you all hold dear to you of him, get you thru this difficult time.

I met Dirk in December of 2013. It was "Love at first sight". Our friendship was "organic" because we didn't see each other that often, but when we do see other,it was as if we had seen each other yesterday.
Dirk was not perfect, but Dirk was a kind Loving Decent Human Being who gave more than he received from this world.
I will keep your entire family in my prayers as you deal with Dirk's sudden passing from this earth.
"May angels sing thee to thy rest".
