I went to high school Dirk. Every encounter that I had with him was so positive! I loved sitting next to him in classes because he would explain what didn´t understand and he never made me feel stupid. No wonder he became TEACHER! I´m so sorry for his family and friends. You have my prayers.

So sorry for the loss of a dear childhood friend. He was such a dear, dear person that I always held a special place in my heart. He lived around the corner from us in SLC. Fond memories. Praying for his family for comfort and peace. With much love, Susan Richardson

Mr Sprunt and I worked at Elk Run Elementary for many years at the end of his career. He was an awesome teacher and loved his students. He would check on me and help me with whatever I needed- a time out room, a listening ear, or even part of his garden! He donated some of his books to my first grade class and I still use them today. He very much loved his beautiful wife Brenda, and talked fondly of her. Big hugs to the entire family. May sweet memories bring you joy!
