Dixie and I grew up together, went through school together, and were best friends our entire lives. She had the biggest heart and kindest soul. She had the best giggle laugh ever! Dixie was the strongest person I've ever met. She faced life head-on, with a positive attitude and a smile. My love and prayers go out to all her family and friends as Dixie will be greatly missed by all. Dixie will be in our hearts forever.

I haven´t seen Dixie in about 53 years but I always liked her. Not surprised to hear she was a great person. I was a close friend of her brother Tom. I hope her family finds peace through prayer. Mike McIntyre

Dixie was the best person you would ever meet. She was a family friend for over 45 yrs. She was thoughtful and always wanted more for other than herself. She will be so missed.
