Dixie Lee Briegel

Mr. and Mrs. Briegel and their family were one of the best parts of my childhood. Dixie didn't ever stop being a guide for me and I really hope she knew how much I loved and respected her and Gary...may they rest in peace...

my Aunt Dixie had the best laugh! She was so fun to be with. She always had great advice and a beautiful heart.

So sorry to hear of Dixie´s passing. She was a very sweet and generous lady. She had attended one of our first Optimist Club´s Witches Brunch in which she won one of the very first awards for the best witches hat. She had made it herself. It was very unique! I still have some of her plants that she had shared with me. I will always have something to remember her.

My sincere condolences. I enjoyed getting to know Dixie & Greg during their time in Superior. She was always sharing her creativity and gave of her time so generously. We definitely missed them when they moved but they are still very much remembered by many. May you all be comforted by your fond memories. Sincerely Mayor Mila Besich

We didn't know Dixie for very long, but long enough to know she was a great person with a great heart and raised a great family. She live a meaningful life and will be fondly remembered.
