Not sure what to say?

As a student of hers in both kindergarten and second grade, I´m not alone when I say, Dixie helped shape the lives of many of her students. She was able to be firm yet loving at the same time. As young children she taught us respect and honesty which I carry today and attribute to her. She was certainly the benchmark in the teaching profession .

I just came across Mrs. Eurich's obituary and have such wonderful memories of her as my kindergarten teacher in 1975. She was such a blessing to me and truly had a light for Jesus in our public school. Mrs. Eurich was a true inspiration to countless students and I find myself thinking of here almost daily in my own kindergarten classroom. I often tell my students stories about my wonderful kindergarten teacher and I'm so thankful to have been blessed by her.

Mrs. Eurich was my greatest memory as a child. She was my Kindergarden and 2nd grade teacher. To this day I remember being in her classes, and that was over 30 years ago. She made a huge impact in my life and the lives of many others. Those of us who were fortunate to have her as a teacher will always remember her. We love you Mrs. Eurich! And we will all see you again someday. God bless you.

As a grateful student of Mrs. Eurich I send my sincerest condolences to her family. She was my favorite teacher throughout my whole growing up years. She taught my kindergarten and second grade classes. Her kind gentle nature has stuck with me all these years and her memory visits me often. The world would be a better place with more teacher like her. May her memory bring you peace and the love of God continue to renew your faith we all will see Dixie again. God Bless you.
I will...

Dear Susan,

You have been very near in my thoughts since I read the sad news of your mother's passing. Her photo will remain tucked among my treasures. The kindnesses Dixie extended to me in the warmth of your home on La Mesa Way have stayed with me for a lifetime. May you find comfort in knowing that your mother made a lovely difference in this world. Prayers and heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. Please take care.

Warm regards,
Laura Zahn Krum

Hello Susan,
I don't know if you remember me, but we spent many happy days together during elementary school, and your mom was always so kind to me. I was saddened to read of her death, but pleased to know where you had settled and to have the opportunity to contact you, although I'm sorry it is during a difficult time. I think of you often and hope you are well. Please accept my sincere sympathies for your loss.

Fondly,
Susan Potter Keyser
