Not sure what to say?

...in my head I still look like this.

Actually, I am Dixie - my mom's (Skippy's) oldest daughter. Since she was named Dixie at birth, but was called Skippy all her life, she passed the tradition along by naming me Patricia and calling me Dixie all my life.

I live in Ann Arbor, Mi. so I don't get to see my family that often, but for the last few years my mom and I were able to rebuild a rich and respectful loving relationship by telephone and email, something for which I will be eternally grateful.

I was telling...

Skippy was a long time member of the West Bank Art Guild and valuable member of the art community. So Sorry to hear of her passing.

Grandma, Kimmy & Colleen

I have great memories of my Grandma (and Grandpa) when I was younger, all of the trips to Arizona, Florida and Virginia. In her little VW she called "Edga". Waving our arms out of the window of the VW as if Edga was flying. Grandpa driving the VW van and getting pulled over for speeding - Grandma was sleeping in the back and she rolled off the bed onto the van floor. She wasnt happy with Grandpa! She would catch butterflies and pin them to the curtain of the van, I always felt so sorry...

Skippy was a wonderful artist and promoter of the arts. She belonged to several art guilds. Participated in Westbank art guild shows and held office in that organizaton.

Our deepest condolences to the Logan family. May you find peace in her memory.

What a privilege to have known Skippy, and the testimony she had in this life. She showed her love for the Savior, even to the end , when she anticipated her joy in seeing Him--- a life well lived, a faithful witness. We love you all.

I am so sorry about your mom. I hadn't seen her in years but I remember what a wonderful lady she was.
