Not sure what to say?

To the Prittie family -
We just learned of Dixie's passing at our first rehearsal for our Canaltown Chorale mid-winter concert season.

Dixie and I sat together in the alto section for one or two concerts, and we would talk about her travels. A couple of summers ago, a bunch of us from the Chorale went to the Carousel theater near Auburn to see Les Miserables. Dixie volunteered to be one of the drivers - and BOY, she didn't waste any time at all getting there! : )

One of our son's had your Mom for kindergarten - she was a wonderful teacher. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Dixie, you are loved and will be greatly missed. Our sympathy and prayers go out to your family and friends. Betty & John Briggs, Hammond, NY

We just learned of your loss and send our condolences. She was very active in the community and will be greatly missed.

Your mom was my kindergarten teacher. Our classroom was the "Scout Room" next to the Park on Main Street. I have many happy memories of her as my first school experience. I am very sorry for your loss. Becky McPike Forkey

To the Prittie Family : Both of your parents were so much a part of so many of our lives ...They were very well liked and respected....I can remember when your mom was teaching kindergarten and was just getting married!!!! We were just in kindergarten at that time.....You have many memories of your mom and dad that will sustain you when you are sad....
