Read MoreMy parents (of Ukrainian descent), Dymetro and Eva, ate at the Sacred Heart dinners most Fridays. He was always very nice to us. It was a memorable day when he and others of the kitchen staff sang birthday greetings to my mother in their language. Now they all listen to a choir of angels.
