As one of Gaye Adams Massey's closest college friends since 1975, I have had the great joy and privilege to know and love her Mama, Dr. Dolly Desselle Adams. I will miss her dearly. May she delight in reunion with her beloved husband Bishop John H. Adams, and may they rest peacefully in power together.

My heart breaks at the transitioning of our precious Dr. Dolly. A true champion of young people and an uplifter of ALL people. Thank You! You made an incredible IMPACT on GOD'S People, especially me. Sincere condolences to the Adams family for sharing Bishop and Dr. Dolly with the thousands!

To Family Members of Dr. Dolly Deselle Adams: Peace and Blessings! I will be forever grateful to the late Bishop John Hurst Adams and his lovely wife, Dr. Dolly Deselle Adams, for giving me the opportunity to serve as the Chairperson of VOICES OF THE ELECTORATE. A collaboration formed in 1992 to convey Black and Hispanic concerns on issues to the United States Presidential Candidates. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to justice and education. Your impact continues to inspire...

Dear Family, I have known Dr. Adams over 25 years and she and Bishop were true treasures in my mind. They both had great spirits and a beautiful way about themselves. She was always such a pleasure to speak with and made it clear always how important her Family was to her, I hope that might bring some solace during this time of grieving. May her Memory be Eternal! with sympathy, Damon Limberis
