Not sure what to say?

I didn´t find out for a while that Dolores had died. In retrospect, I had a clue. For several weeks the James Taylor song "Fire and Rain" had been playing in my mind. "I´ve seen fire and I´ve seen rain...But I always thought that I´d see you again." It was a favorite song during our Peace Corps training experience together. Maybe Dolores was letting me know. Dolores and I are "kindred spirits." We met in the Peace Corps Training Program for Morocco in 1970. We both ended up...

I was friends with Dolores in the Peace Corps in 1972-73. I remember how dedicated she was working at the Mobai Clinic and visited her many times. At that time she loved "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" and was always making references to it. She was a lovely person.

One of the best memories I had at "The Mount" was with Dee looking out her dorm window at the moon, setting over the Northern Kentucky hills beyond the Ohio River. Neither of us had seen a moon-set like that and we were fascinated. So many other memories through the years, but when I look at the moon now, I imagine a Dolores sprite, along with Sam, lighting stars as she explores the new place she´s in. Love and condolences to all, Bunny

Sending a message of love and support to Dee´s world-wide family and friends. My fondest memory was how, in our Freshman year at MSJ, "Delorse" and I watched in astonishment as the moon went down over the Kentucky hills across the Ohio River. Neither of us had ever seen a moon set. Now, whenever I see the moon, I´ll wonder if she´s there with Sam, throwing small stars around, laughing and sending love back to us all. Love, Bunny Breslin
