As her family, you are all the greatest testament to what an extraordinary woman your Mom/Grandmother was. Always a favorite in the Sunapee/LSYC community, deservedly so. The service & your tribute to her was beautiful & inspirational, just like she was. With Love, Taryn

Kate, I so remember your mom as she handled the tragic passing of your dad. She was strong and took good care of all of you. We were roommates at that time at Holy Cross. Many many years ago. God Bless. Fondly, Pat

To all of the Dowd family- I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. Growing up on Madison Ave, I spent a lot of time at your house with Debbie. Even with 7 kids in your own family, your mom was always so welcoming to the neighborhood friends. I can still see her sweet smile as she walked every day down the street, greeting neighbors as she exercised. She was a very special lady. My sympathies to all of you at this difficult time.
