Dear Jeff and Martha,
Let me offer my deepest sympathies at the passing of your mother. She was one of my mother's dearest friends as well as kin (from Knotts Island) and I enjoyed spending time with her on visits with my mother over the years. Your mother had such a wonderful memory of the old times; it was always a treat to talk with her. Family is a precious gift.
I will hold her -- and you both -- in my prayers.
Sincerely,

Dear Jeff and Martha, please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mother. Mrs. Fentress was one of the finest women I ever had the honor to know. As my history teacher at Princess Anne, she captivated me with her knowledge and teaching. She inspired me to become a history teacher and was always my role model. When I was lucky enough to teach with her at Kemps Landing, she became my mentor, colleague and friend. I will always remember her with love and cherish her memory....
