Dee was one of my elementary school classmates at St. Michael's in Brooklyn. She was a very intelligent and beautiful girl both inside and out. Her personality would light up any room she entered. To me, Dolores was "Aunt Dee Dee." She was one of my mom, Tammy Bruno's, closest friends. Growing up, she was without a doubt, one of my FAVORITE adults that my mom brought around.
