Not sure what to say?

Hi Mom and Dad I was just sitting here thinking of you and Dad and missing you. I know you are watching over all of your children as angels in heaven. I can honestly say I'm still struggling with my loneliness without you both...I do have my sisters and brothers, but they have their own families and priorities whereas you & Dad were my family so I think I feel especially alone in the world. I surely miss your hugs....

Just wanted to send my love...

Mom,

This was my first Christmas without you and your first Christmas in heaven. I missed your smiling face and the delight you always found in the season. You loved Christmas so much and you and Dad always made it a very special and happy time for all of us. I just wanted to share some of my memories:

Homemade cookies - yours were always the best!

Hearing Dad on the police scanner when I was little and waiting for Santa.

Playing Christmas music and both of us...

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Dear Mom I can even put into words how much I miss you, especially yesterday on Mother's Day. I know you are in a better place and with Dad, but it does make the heartache any easier. All my love, Deborah

Mom,

I'm thinking of you and missing you on Mother's Day. Thank you for showing me how to be a wonderful mom.

I love you.

Kim

A tribute to Mom, from her grandchildren, written by Alexandra Fowler:

Dolores Lorraine Fowler was a Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, a friendly co-worker, and a loyal friend. She was a kind and caring person, a good citizen, and a good role model. She loved and cared greatly for all family and friends. She was a very funny person and a fun person to hang out with. A lot of great memories have formed over the years spent with her. Christmases with...

She was my best friend and deeply
missed.

A tribute to Mom as written by Ken Fowler. I think this was beautifully written and would like to share it. I hope you don't mind Ken.

January 1, 1931, until December 31, 2005, those are the days that will be carved in granite. That’s one day short of seventy-five years. While it may have been a day short in one respect, it was seventy-four years, three hundred and sixty-four days full. Days that were full of summers, birthdays, graduations, holidays, beginnings...

I am sorry for your loss.
I enjoyed working with Lorraine when I first started with the school department 12 years ago. She was always a pleasure to work with.
