Dolores Kara

Jay and Family, I am so sadden to hear of Dolores's passing. I worked with her at Jessop Steel from 1978 - 1987. She was a mentor to me, a great friend and someone who encouraged me to move on and embark on a different career. For quite sometime we stayed in contact, talking and having an occasional dinner. Dolores was my reason to look forward to going to work Saturday morning. Always early for her appointment, and always stayed late to chat, share stories of her life catch up on my drama and help solve the problems of the world. That particular Saturday slot will forever be her spot. I will always remember her as she was. So full of life and energy. My deepest sympathy to Jay,and his family and all others who were close to her.

Dolores was a dear friend to my mother and our family. A generous sweet person and one of the classiest people out there. She will truly be missed.

Dolores was a dear friend and neighbor. We met through a group of mutual friends over occasional dinners and became closer thru music. She will be missed. Prayers to her family and friends.

I was blessed with meeting Dolores about 3 years ago through the Washington County Jazz Society! During the dinners and performances I could see she deeply loved music! May her soul rest in reposed with her cherished Micheal and my the perpetual light shine upon her!
