Dee was a dear dear friend of my mother, Dorothy Eicher Hollenbeck. Both dietitians, they met at Ft Lewis. Dee's letters were always better than the best travel magazines, and she was an excellent writer. In ~1971 my mom and I stayed with Dee & Stan in Brussels, and Dee was a great tour guide.
