Not sure what to say?

I think of her every time I have occasion to use the Spanish I learned from her. She was a good teacher and a caring person

I just learned of Dolores' passing and I am so sad. Dolores made the most beautiful gown for me about 10 years ago. It was for a black tie event and I lost count of the compliments received that evening. Working with Dolores thru the design and fitting process was a wonderful experience. She was fun, charming, smart and I felt respected and nurtured throughout the process. She created a beautiful garment and I felt beautiful in it. Dolores will live on in her gorgeous couture...

We are so saddened to hear of Dolores' passing. My daughter, Boni and I spent many weekends in Oregon City employing Dolores' amazing seamstress talents. She was one of those people that leaves such an impression of awe. We even brought up my mom, husband and sons to meet and see her amazing skills, both as a seamstress and craftsman (her amazing miniture houses!). Not only was she skilled, but such a sweet, delightful person to be around. Our hearts go out to her family, her very sweet...

yesterday I saw a Packard in the parking lot near the mall. I stopped to see if it was Dolores and her husband. I had not seen her in so long, and was wondering about this beautiful lady. Today, I was saddened to hear from a friend, that she had passed away. I'll never forget her. She helped me become a bilingual teaching assistant. She always encouraged me. Gracias Maestra. We were honored to share many years of Dolores life with Gerry and family. Special memories we hold close to our hearts. We send our love .

I'm so sorry to hear of Dolores untimely passing. I took Spanish from her over the past 20 years and she was a lively, multi-talented and engaging teacher. She will be missed.

I took Spanish at the Milwaukie Center from Dolores many years ago and she was so helpful, so real, it was a pleasure. One of those years she went to Paris for a fashion show/competition. She was so excited and came back to tell us all about it. Her teaching was backed up by her first hand knowledge of the places where the various forms of Spanish was spoken. I continued to follow when she taught a class at the center. She was a neat lady and will be missed.

I am shocked and saddend to hear of Dolores passing. Such a wonderful person will be missed. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to know her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

How does one begin to describe a person such as Dolores? One can not, because she has always been a "one of a kind" person. So thoughtful and caring to everyone she ever met. I am very fortunate to have had her as a dear friend who had the most sparkling brown eyes. This will be a lesser world without her smile and compassion. My sympathy goes to her family. Memories are precious -- so keep all that you have and I know that they will bring a smile to your face. God bless all of you.
