Mrs. Miller was warm and friendly and a joy to be around. She loved her family, in particular her granddaughter Heidi. I will always have fond memories of afternoons with her and Mr. Miller.

To Mel and family - sad to hear your mother passed away. I still have recipe cards, from once upon a time when there was such a thing, for "Mrs. Miller's" brownies, fudgies, cheesecake and crumb kuchen. She was a lovely woman and my deepest condolences go out to you.

Bob, so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. You look so much like her! You can take heart in that your mother lived a long and impressively productive life, helping a lot of people and doing a lot of good along the way. Although it is always painful when the great loss hits, I am sure that you will soon realize how incredibly fortunate you were to have had your mother for so many adult years. My heartfelt condolences to you and to the rest of your family. May your mother's kind spirit...
