Not sure what to say?

Before those boys were men they were altar boys; life ahead on the flights to South Viet Nam were beyond imagining; life ahead without Sr. Matthew Marie leading the boys choir and altar server training getting Latin to roll off the tongue held challenge and deep memories in the young men gathered around her. Many years later I looked across a table with Dolores asking about the boys from St. Patrick´s Parish in Butte, Montana; were they all well? Tell me about them and I´ll thank God once...

Wow, I miss my neighbor already.

I remember Delores being my sponser when coming into catholisim, making my rosary, & being one of my best friends growing up. She is the kind of woman who loves you no matter what & will keep a part of you in a very special part of her heart. I remember the last time I came down there to visit, she still had the ceramic cross I made her in the very same spot she put when I gave it to her! You are a very special woman & you will never be forgotten. I love you & you will be missed!

My memories of living next door to Delores were some of the fondest I have. She was a friend, to me and also my children. She fashioned rosaries for my children when we converted to Catholism. We talked often, and she was there for all of us. I left in 1994, but she's been in my heart since.

I have a feeling he has a special place for you Delores. You are a very special person and dear friend. You will be missed by Kathy and myself.
