Adobe Creek Funeral Home - Petaluma Obituary

Dolores Analisa Reynolds passed away at her home on December 28, 2010 surrounded by the loving arms of her family after a long and well lived life. She was born on June 5, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York to Elizabeth and Louis Sieber. She was a long time resident of Marin County and has lived the past 22 years in Petaluma, CA. Along with her husband, John, she opened the first Century 21 Office in Northern California and worked as a real estate broker for many years. She is survived by her husband of 63 years John Craig Reynolds and by four daughters Lorraine Elizabeth Ragozzino, Kathryn Dolores Grossi, Denise Janet Ragozzino, and Elisabeth Marie Reynolds. She is preceded in death by her daughter Susan Louise Ragozzino. She was the proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dolores was known to all for her strength, her grace, her kindness, and her spirited character; she was truly a "woman of substance". Dolores was a timeless advocate for the rights of disabled people and served several years as president of Easter Seals in Marin County. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Casa Allegra Community Services or Marin Ventures (both in San Rafael, CA). A celebration of her life will be planned at a future date. On line condolences may be made at www.adobecreekfuneralhome.com.

Not sure what to say?

This beautiful lady had such a big impact on many lives. Many are feeling a stray without her. I am proud to call her 'mother'

Our encounters over the years may have been brief, but it was easy to see what a vibrant woman Dolores was, and so proud of her daughters and grandchildren. May her family find peace and comfort in treasured memories.

Words cannot express my sadness. If only I could have her back. I love my mommy and miss her so much. At least she is finding peace now.

love you grandma
