Not sure what to say?

Growing up, Dolores Stein was a huge presence in Holyoke. She gave selflessly to the Jewish community, for which many people are grateful...a life well lived. Condolences to the family.

We send our deepest condolences to the entire family.

I´m so sorry for your loss. Marty was my husband´s first cousin. After my husband´s sudden death 20 years ago, Dolores called, sent cards, and always let me know she was thinking of me and my family. She was a thoughtful, caring, loving woman.

Dolores was a source of strength for me before, during and after my marriage. I will always have a loving space for her and tremendous gratitude. Elana Polin (Glassman)

The list of wonderful congregants grows shorter. I vividly remember her with my Aunt Ida, Gerty, Helen, Ruth, Mrs. Rubenwithch, Lil, and others preparing "Break The Fast". The best kugel, herring, half bagels, were managed skillfully by all. Delores was a stalwart in every phase of Rodphey, the Jewish community, and beyond. A wonderful lady, a great family, a legacy few can match. If something was needed, a question answered, she was always willing, able, and eager 24/7. Blessed...

I have a Dolores Stein memory.....I was an apprentice at Mt Tom Playhouse in the 60´s. Dolores did a walk on part, as some sort of secretary. Martha Raye had some very funny business to do with her, Dolores remained deadpan & vacant, as she was supposed to, which was NOT easy. It brought the house down EVERY performance. I never forgot how great she was.

All my sympathy on the loss of a wonderful person. What a hardworking, kind, and committed who will be missed by all....

Dolores was a pillar of her community, who will long and fondly be remembered. May her memory be a blessing to all who loved her.
