Jeff and Suzy, This is very sad news. Please accept our sincerest condolences. Your Mom (Sister) was a great neighbor and a wonderful person - kind, generous, upbeat, and fun to be around.....a real treasure! We miss her. We wish you and your entire family peace and comfort in the coming weeks. Sincerely, Steve and Kathleen

Bruce, Jeff and family, So many fond memories of your folks. Your mom´s sweet smile and kind gentle nature will long be remembered. A very special lady. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Much Love, Sheila, Cody and Caleb

Bruce and Jeff, Your Mom was a good friend and neighbor. I remember the fun we had during the summer at the pool. She was good to everyone and a lovely woman. I have missed her since she moved away from the street where you grew up. My prayer is for God to comfort you and give you peace during this time of sorrow. Love, Mrs. Hale

Bruce and Jeff, So sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a wonderful woman. May God comfort you during this sad time.

Dear Jeff and Family, I always remember how kind your Mother and Family were to me when I purchased flowers and gifts from them. She was always so friendly and helpful, as was your father. Someday I will share a kind favor your Father did for me in 1977. Please share my condolences with your children, Jeffrey and Ash. Your Friend, Lynn (Thompson) Meredith

Bruce & Jeff - I am sorry I will not be able to attend jean's service tomorrow but want you both to know how others felt about Jean. Many years ago Jean & I were Sorority Sisters & became good friends. Then Ed and I were friends as I worked at the VA. What excellent parents you both were given. Be proud and know they are watching over you.

Jeff and family, I am sorry to hear this sad news and want to extend my condolences. I'll always remember your mother from our high school days and what a wonderful woman she was. Please take during this difficult time. Steve Powers

I was Clerk of Circuit Court in Giles County for many years and worked with her and after working with her, when I needed flowers for anyone in the Roanoke area, I would order them form her business. She was beautiful and very kind.
