Dom Wyant

I had the privilege of working for Dom as a young associate at Hansell & Post in 1987-1988, after graduating from U.Va. Law School. We spent an intense 7.5 months working on a $274 million leveraged buyout merger of Rhodes Furniture Co., the first deal done by Green Capital Investors. Dom relied on me and trusted me to get things done, and I learned a tremendous amount under his tutelage. Dom was a great influence in my career because when I returned to Atlanta to join my father in his dental practice, Dom had reached out to him and said not only should I join the Atlanta Jaycees, but he would take care and help guide me. That relationship helped prepare me for leadership roles in every phase of my career. Dom was a great motivator for so many of us and I will never forget him.
