I met Blackie years ago when I was a memeber of the "Jerry Tubbs and a Little Bit of Nashville Band". We had played where he was working. You couldn't have known a nicer man that would do most anything for you if he could. I truly am sorry to hear of his passing, but I know he has gone to a far better place.
