Dominick A. Valenti

Dominic went out of his way to look after me. I was a big-time town drunk, and he took the time to find out why. We spent many hours in his car, discussing Montclair in the 60's and 70's. He was one of the first people I share the abuse I experienced at Immaculate Conception Church in Montclair. He invited me to his home, and we ate amazingly great food from the Fridge. My sincere condolences go out to the Valenti family. Dominick will be missed by many on the Montclair Police Department. He was a quiet leader, but carried a big stick. He was a great leader and person to listen to all his police stories. His legacy will continue to live on, through all that knew him.
