Not sure what to say?

Vera, some of my best memories are the trips to the Carolina games and the great times we had. Don was an optimist and always let us know it. So sorry for your loss.

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Angell's passing. He was truly a good man to work for and will always appreciate what he did for me. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Vera and Family,

I feel very fortunate to have known Don and shared breakfast with him on many Wednesday mornings at the Clemmons Rotary Club.

Don was an inspiration to all of us Clemmons Rotarians!

I was touched by the minister's words and I feel humbled to say as he said, that Don was my friend.

We will miss him greatly.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Vera and Family: I knew Don for the 36 years I worked for David Blanco, and he was always so cheerful and thoughtful. My deepest sympathies to you and your family during this time of sorrow. God Bless.

To Vera and Family,
My sincere sympathy to you and your family members in the loss of your mate, and surely your closest of friends. My best to you in the coming days & months.

I only knew Don when we were children but I have always been so impressed and proud of his many accomplishments. Our grandparents had farms that were across the road from each other and were always best friends, especially our grandmothers. Aunts, also. My thoughts are with his family at this time.

Mrs. Angell and family.

Don will truly be missed.

I am happy that I had the opportunity to know and work with Don.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

What wonderful memories of working with Don at the funeral home! May the love of our Lord comfort and sustain you and your family. Most sincerely. Roma Lee Woosley

February 2, 2013

Today I went to a funeral and as I took the brisk walk into the church the biter cold wind whipped at my body. Upon entering, the anticipation of people I had not seen in a long time grew. My mind raced as I thought will I see so in so today. In the 30 seconds of entry to meeting up with my old friends many came to mind. My old buddies were huddled together like ducks out of water, trying to decide if they should wait in an unending line to sign the register or go...
