Don Bartels

To the Family,
Don Bartels was a dedicated school board member for the Richmond Unified School District. The students and staff are thankful for his service. I was in the Personnel Office at the time, working for Tom Anton.

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Don Bartels. I enjoyed working with him during my real estate career. He had a infectious smile and a kind spirit. He will be missed.

Don hired me as a 22 year old kid on May 7, 1975. I worked at Bartels for 6 years and I always admired and respected Don and his business practices. My deepest sympathy for all the family and I will miss Don's smile and positive attitude. David K
