Not sure what to say?

I personally did not know Bro. Bentley but attended the church there when visiting my brother Truman Spring who served as minister at 249. They can now chat together in their heavenly home.

Please be assured that God will provide comfort for your family during this difficult time. (Matthew 5:4) I will be keeping your family in my prayers.

My condolences to the Bentley family and friends. May the God of all comfort strengthen you all during this time. Rom 15:4

A mighty man of God. He is walking in the garden with Jesus.
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Peace and assurance for the family. Don is not in your past. He is in your future.

My thoughts are with the family in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort during these difficult days. Ps. 9:9,10

Cousin Don was such a sweet person and a faithful Christian. We found out Don was our cousin on the Green side of the family, when we visited 249 Church of Christ one Sunday morning years ago with Bill Green. Every time we saw Don at church we called him cousin. He always had a sweet smile on his face and knew his bible. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Bentley family during this difficult time. Don will be dearly missed!

Love,

Pam and Jenifer Woodley

Brother Bentley played such an important role in shaping our family, he was a great influence, role model and overall person. He will be missed greatly.

You will forever be in our hearts Granddaddy!! I love you so much and miss you even more. Every time I left your place I would feel just as good as I did leaving a great Sunday's service. You were the perfect example of a man of God, a loving and dedicated father/Grandfather and an incredible husband. I can only hope my boys grow up to be even half the man you were!! Enjoy your days rejoicing with the Lord and Momma and I look forward to when we meet again. This is see you later, not goodbye.
