Not sure what to say?

To the Carson family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my dear friend. My heart and prayers go out to all of you at this time. He was a great guy, full of fun and very tall. I have very fond memories of a dear friend.

Don was a good friend for almost 40 years. We shared some great times as teammates playing basketball at LBCC. I helped Don drive to Fairbanks, Alaska to go to college, and that was a true adventure I will never forget. The fishing trip we took with Frank to San Felipe was wild. Just hanging out having a beer whenever Don was in town will always be a fond memory. Don was a friend of my entire family, and I'll always cherish those times we shared together. I'll miss you buddy.

To the Carson Family:

Don's passing makes us all pause and give thanks for the good times and friends we make along the way....Don was part of our neighborhood "fraternity"...playing ball at Somerset park...everyday in the summer.....what good times we all had. Don you will be truly missed...even though we were unable to stay in contact....we all had that special bond....you will be in our hearts forever...we will miss you...and our thoughts and prayers are with the...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the Carson Family. I have known Don since we were 5 years old and he ran out of my house when my dad (MD) tried to give him a polo shot. He has always been class and was a great friend. My wife (Chris Higgs) and I went to school with Don in Elementary, Jr. and High School and we always referred to him as "Big Don". He was a great competitor and we will miss him. May God bless "Big Don" and the entire Carson family. We are sorry for your loss.

Annette,
I'm so sorry for the loss of Don. You are always in my prayers! You are a true friend and I will always be there for you when you need me.

Love, Shannon

Don and I were good friends, golf buddies, coaching foes, and fellow educators. He will be missed by all and we, his close friends, will miss all the stories and tales he used to tell us while out on the course. I was lucky to have also coached his sons and my prayers go out to them as well as the entire family. Don, hit em straight and make all those four foot putts up in heaven! You will be missed!
Thanks for the memories and friendship, Randy Hanson
