Not sure what to say?

A major scholar of Mexican history, Don Coerver was for many years a most valuable contributor to annual the Handbook of Latin American Studies published by the Hispanic Division of the Library of Congress. I always looked forward to see him when he came to Washington DC.
I want to extend my deepest sympathy to his family and students.

Dr. Coerver was a kind and diligent educator. I have many fond memories of him during my years as a graduate student at TCU. My deepest condolences to the family.

Dear Marie,
Im so very sorry to learn of your husbands passing. Thought and prayers are with you.

Dr. Coerver was a wonderful professor of Mexican history and I was an important influence in my career. I still use my notes from his classes. My thoughts are with his family.

I have many happy memories from growing up with
Don. Our families spent almost every Sunday evening together.
Marie, we pray for your peace and comfort .

As a former student at TCU, I remember Dr Coerver well. He was a charming man, and always had a kind for the students in the PhD program. Prayers of peace and comfort to his family.
