Growing up in a sprawling Irish-German family means you end up with a vast number of in-laws, out-laws, second cousins, cousins once removed, etc. to keep track of. Nancy is my first cousin and that officially makes Don my cousin-in-law. But in my heart he is my cousin, - no law - in or out designation - about it. Don was a good listener, an interesting conversationalist, always faced life with a smile and helped our family be the unique and fun bunch we are. I will miss him.

Beverly and I met Don & Nancy several years ago in Puerto Morelos. They quickly became folks we looked forward to seeing every winter. Y'all rest easy.
